If you wish to cancel and return your order, please contact the shop within 14 days of delivery, then return the order to the shop within a further 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
If delivery is unsuccessful, and your order is returned to the shop due to failure to collect or reschedule the delivery, postage costs and any charges for the return of the order will be deducted from the total refund and you will be refunded for the cost of the item/s only.
