FAQ'S

1. HOW DO I ORDER?
Browse my shop and select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the shopping bag symbol in the top right of the page to finalise your order by checking out. You have the option to choose which secure payment option you wish to use to pay for your order. Once complete you will be sent an order confirmation and notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 3-5 business days. All UK orders are dispatched with the delivery aim of 2-3 business days. International delivery aims are dependant on the destination. If you would like more information on delivery aim times for your country, please contact me via the email at the foot of the page.

3. WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your order then please get in touch right away so I can help solve the problem. If you wish to cancel and return your order, please contact the shop within 14 days of delivery, then return the order to the shop within a further 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

If delivery is unsuccessful, and your order is returned to the shop due to failure to collect or reschedule the delivery, postage costs and any charges for the return of the order will be deducted from the total refund and you will be refunded for the cost of the item/s only.

• Earrings are not eligible for exchanges. If you have any issue with your order, please contact the shop within 28 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
